Welcome back everyone to another season of PodiCAST with Judith! How exciting!!
Before we dive in, I wanted to give a small introduction to the podcast and our hopes for this season. I know it is a turbulent time for everyone living in Sri Lanka and while we may not find answers to our challenges overnight, it certainly helps to start somewhere no matter how small. This podcast is conducted in the Sinhala language keeping a Sri Lankan audience in mind. The podcast discusses important aspects of personal growth for Sri Lankan youth and adults. I appreciate your feedback and your requests for topics to shift the collective Sri Lankan attitudes to go forward together as one! Thank you so much for joining our community.
And today, I wanted to encourage you to look back. Most of the time during the start of a brand new year we tend to look forward and dream. We want to leave the past behind and move forward with fresh plans. But there's a catch. Looking back maybe an essential part to find a "New you". Ever thought of how thinking of the past, reflecting on it can benefit you and society? Let's talk.
