Episode 2 Summary:

Emily's landlord George suddenly offers her a new waterfront store location. Suspicious, Emily learns tycoon Cornelius Lawrence was behind it and confronts him. Cornelius makes a business proposal she rejects. Later, George gives Emily the shop's master key, explaining Cornelius gifted her the property's ownership.

Assuming manipulation, a livid Emily insults Cornelius as a "freak," not realizing the gift was meant kindly. George reveals Cornelius actually likes Emily and was looking for excuses to spend time with her. Emily apologizes for misjudging Cornelius' motives and agrees to go for a drink, leaving them both smiling.

Starring our very own Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, Kidding. It's stars the equally talented duo of Melanie Rose and Jake Johnston
