Tips:
#1 Give yourself grace. Some goals take more than one year to achieve. Give yourself time and space to achieve goals, and the trip to achieving them may be circuitous, and that is okay.
#2 Clear negative emotions--exercise, journal them and burn the list or other exercises to clear unproductive energy.
#3 Focus on your goals: Visualise or think about your goals, using a variety of media--focus wheels, art, voice memo lists, vision boards.
#4 Recognize any resistance. Is it valid resistance based on a legitimate feeling, or unproductive resistance based on insecurities or negative thoughts? Clear unproductive resistance.
#5 Create your action steps. Then do them!
#6 Notice your results!
