In our last episode we covered the nine areas of a balanced lifestyle. We talked about the importance of a group of people who keep you accountable to your goals. In fact that's a whole area on that lifestyle diagram. I want to talk more about this area, because I only briefly covered it in that episode. I want to talk more about the powerful effect of synergizing with other people.
Mentorship is part of that. In fact, I would say mentorship is likely the most important part of that. Peers are one thing, but your mentor is someone who can really keep you on track.
