There are times in ministry work where the person may feel like they are not making any progress in bringing those they are witnessing too to Christ. We have to remember that we are not in the business of keeping score. Our job is to spread the Word of God to as many that we can in every situation we can. The results of this witnessing are up to God. It is hard not to get discouraged as we share the Good News, but we have to remember that we may never find out the results of our witnessing, but we must press forward nonetheless.
