In this episode I talk about using opposites in fun and engaing ways to encourage chidlren to have self control and body awareness. We often expect chidlren to be able to sit still in waiting rooms, use their "inside voices", not touch things that are not theirs, or move quickly when we are running late. However, if we have not taken the time to teach them how to control their body they will often struggle to do as we request.
