In our current culture, you may have ideas about why I've chosen to leave law enforcement. Why now?

I'll give you three reasons I'm leaving and share the false reasons you may think a person would turn in their badge for during this time.

Listen fully and ask yourself...What about me?

• Do I have full control?
• Are the costs of my current situation worth the rewards?
• Do I have margin?
• What if everything changed tomorrow and I "changed my mind?" Do I have options?
