Even if you're not a parent, this podcast will resonate because you 'have been parented', and throughout our lives we are constantly 'parenting and reparenting ourselves'.  Perhaps you are also a teacher or coach, using many of the same skills as parents. I have experienced all of these aspects of parenting in my life.  I was raised by incredible parents, taught Grade One for years, coached kids on teams and in fitness ...and I am a single mom of two amazing children (basically adults now, 18 and 20).

So, this mindset chat will look at parenting from all angles and many different perspectives.  I'd love to hear what part resonates the most for you!!
