Introducing Emma Mettrick from our busiest and favourite restaurant 27 Steps. She and Paul have worked hard to build this amazing and very successful restaurant. Set in a heritage building it is a favourite amongst locals and features in all the travel guides as a 'must eat here'. Then Covid came and  the place shut down almost overnight.

We talk about their passion for food and service, how hard it was to lay off staff and specifically how the lockdown has made them focus on their roots.
