We become more aware of the Holy Spirit’s presence and power in our lives each day through spending time with God in prayer and the Scriptures. When we allow the Spirit to guide our thoughts and actions, we begin to see the evidence, or fruit, in our lives. The Holy Spirit allows us to experience peace, even in times of difficulty and uncertainty, and offer the same peace to others through our Spirit-filled, non-anxious presence.
