In the pursuit of a goal it is very easy to get weighted down by thought of self doubt, feeling like you are not enough or don't have what it takes. Sometimes our thoughts about what we have to do in order to accomplish something get in the way of starting or continuing our actions. We can improve the process by changing our mindset about what it takes by persisting. Instead of taking large actions, we need only to make small efforts regularly to get closer to where we want to be.
