Richard 'Ricky' Palmer is a regular guest on The Local Showcase. The local musician took part in the Baton of Hope relay as it passed through Portsmouth. It’s part of a national initiative to reduce the stigma of talking about suicide & Richard wanted to share his own experience with us. He talks to Jo Gray in Victoria Park.
