Today’s topic, pleasure, had me crying right away, lol. I want so much for us to have access to pleasure in our Path of Practice, and as a way to navigate pain and increase the quality of life. You might think I work too much - but you will hear the truth in how I navigate my day to day in this episode. AND how I want to share it with you.
