Speaking more broadly about the industry we are both in, what do you think the future holds? You being in the U.S. but having taken multiple trips to Asia, do you think we are going to be seeing that shift? But at the same time, Blackrock seems to be making progress… Where are you in this regard?
Given all the things that are happening behind the scenes, perhaps you could shed some light on one of the things you are most passionate about that is coming down the line.
