The practice of receiving kindness is as important as offering kindness. Receiving kindness enables us to better offer kindness to others. You need both to create a cycle of wellbeing! This fun mindfulness practice asks you to bring to mind a person who has shown you kindness and to spend  time noticing how that person made you feel.  Noticing and accepting kindness is powerful because it is the key to offering  kindness out into the world.
