This conversation explores the themes of personal reinvention, authenticity, and empowerment, particularly focusing on women's experiences. The speaker emphasizes that reinvention is not about starting over but rather about leveraging past experiences to move forward. The importance of community support and overcoming challenges is also highlighted as essential components of personal growth.
Bio
My name is Rohanna Doylida and I am a Brand Strategist for Second-Career Women and creator of the Wisdom Bridge framework. After four major reinventions [actor, gluten-free bakery owner, teacher, now mentor], I help accomplished women turn their career pivots into credibility, so they stop apologizing for their story and start owning it as their competitive edge. Instead of feeling like they're hiding their past or starting from scratch, they learn to leverage their unique background as their competitive advantage.
I speak directly to the real emotional and strategic challenges women face when starting something new in their 40s, 50s, or 60s—from imposter syndrome and self-doubt to sharing their story and building a brand that feels true to who they are.
