How many of you are neglecting yourself and putting everyone else first? How many of you are overloaded and need to decompress and get grounded again. How many of you are distracted and feeling down by the constant news or toxic people or situations in the world? Well, I'm guilty of not doing proper self-care at times too, so this week's show is about Self-care so you can activate more joy and balance and self-care in your life too. Taking care of oneself and giving yourself love is the most important thing to do, especially for those that are professional care-givers who often forget to take care of themselves. If you don’t fill your well, and give yourself the love you give to others, you'll find yourself depleted or resentful at the end of the day, and then you cannot properly serve others. In this episode I share with you some tips for self care that have worked for me in the past, and for others, and what I'm promising to do this week for myself to make my life better and more joyful. I hope you join me too and make a promise to yourself to love yourself better, as I'm doing as well.
Just like the cereus flower that blooms once a year and only at night, we are all like this rare and beautiful flower. Everyone is unique on this planet; we give our special fragrance and gift to others but we must also remember to give that love to ourselves.
