Dave is known for maintaining over 90% adult participation in weekly home groups and helping the church grow from 700 to over 10,000 attendees. He has valuable experience in ministry strategies and is a respected coach and trainer for leaders nationwide. Dave holds degrees from Biola University and Bethel Theological Seminary.
