Hello and welcome back to The Rope Access and Climbing Podcast, on today's episode I'm chatting about the Pros and Cons of using Social Media in industry.   

Most companies do not allow workers to share images of jobs they are on, but that does not always stop people from doing it anyway. Even when it is allowed, supervisors are often upset that photos showing rigging, or locations of jobs are going public.   

I enjoy seeing posts of different jobs, rigging, and new uses of gear from other industries, but sadly not everyone out there feels the same way.    

Social media can be a great place to share jobs, techniques, and cool views from work sites. It can be a great tool to learn from but it can also create negative conversations.
