This started off as motivational text messages to friends and family, to becoming a Facebook page and now a podcast to spread love and positivity to get you through your day. I don’t want to be selfish and only keep it contained for a small group when this love can be shared with everyone, including you. Now hopefully we learn and grow together on this new journey.
