  • As an empath from early childhood, I’ve had to find ways to create tools to regulate sensitivity levels. You don’t have to feel like people’s energy regulates/dictates what you or has you avoid people, you don’t have to live like that. When you manage those gifts you do have to admit something to yourself: That as an empath, you’re the one seeking control. You may not like hearing it but it’s true.
  • When you’re around other people and they’re angry or upset about something, do you think things like: “They have bad energy”, or “I don’t like the way their energy feels”, or “That makes me uncomfortable”, or “My energy is better than that”, just be aware of it because you’re judging them for whatever they’re going through. Human beings have a whole range of emotions that they express and the vibrational frequencies of those different emotions eminate through their fields and, as an empath, you feel what’s going on in their energy field. You can choose how you relate to that; you could judge it, try to change it (which is what most empaths do), or you could let them have what they’re having without judging (being in “allow mode”).
