Meet my great and very special friend AJ  Sarcione, who has the innate ability to touch many hearts with his incredibly sincere disposition and demeanor. AJ and I met three years ago and our vibes just connected, as well as our platforms of elevating others in our "tribe". AJ's ability to transform his business and brand is uniquely his own. In his former position as head of MOJO and employee experience for Verizon/Yahoo, he worked closely with C-suite leaders on employee engagement before, during, and after a major merger. In AJ's diversified background, from being a global speaker and founder of Get Your Shine, and in creating a business and supporting leaders and teams to encourage performance, he often uses the untapped human superpower of imagination to help us SHINE!

AJ's recent focus is on HeartMath, a modality that he is incorporating into all aspects of his personal and professional life. As he states, "HeartMath is the connection between your emotions and heart. It’s an innovative approach to improving emotional wellbeing." Undoubtedly, I was enamored by this aspect of the chat and will be learning to implement some of the HeartMath methods in my own life!
