In this continuation of “The Power of the Tongue (Life in Christ) Part 2,” we went deeper into understanding how speech reveals spiritual condition and influences destiny. Building on previous teachings, Apostle Kemi Kayode explained how sin corrupted human speech and how the tongue now becomes a battlefield where either life or destruction is released.

Drawing from Scripture, including James 3 and Isaiah 6, this teaching uncovered different manifestations of the tongue:

The deceitful tongue

The proud tongue

The lying tongue

The bitter tongue

The perverse tongue

The healing and prophetic tongue

The teaching emphasized that many spiritual battles begin internally, through unchecked speech patterns, pride, bitterness, murmuring, and self-generated negativity.

The session concluded with deep prayers of repentance, cleansing, and consecration—asking God to purify hearts, tongues, bloodlines, and confessions.
