- My Mom taught me visualization when we’d be at the train station away from my Dad who had come home drunk. Her dream was so real it was as if we were already on the train and she had manifest it right there in the moment for all three of us.
- What not visualizing did for me is it made the negative conversation in my head spiral. I had nothing to offset it and spiralled out of control. I went to the cemetery to say goodbye to my daughter, Amber, because I intended to end my life after my husband was arrested and I was scared that he was going to go away for 20 years and I would lose the house. I noticed another headstone there that hadn’t been there before where two young children had died at the age of 2 and 4. I thought “wow, that Mom lost two children, I only lost one after just 4 months”. I realised I don’t have it that bad.
