"I'd swam in the Olympic final the 50 freestyle, somewhere around the 480 to 500,000 times mentally over the years, just whether the race went well with the race went bad we are was everything in all these variables obviously changed. And I've only done it once in my career. So visualization is a huge part in in kind of paving the way for both success and failure and dealing with it."
