I start off by taking a moment to pause, reflect and have gratitude for this very rewarding journey of having my own podcast. I want to thank you all for your ongoing love, support and encouragement whilst I continue navigating this new world and I am so glad you are here with me!

I then discuss the power of vulnerability and how one vulnerable moment or conversation can have such a flow on effect, and I share my own personal examples of this.
