After saying goodbye to football, Sean became passionate about training and the importance of taking care of your body through injury prevention. He is a personal trainer in Los Angeles and has trained notable clientele like celebrities and professional athletes. Sean continues to educate his clients and community about the power of mindset and how to find a healthy perspective when it comes to fitness.
