This discussion isn't the first and won't be the last when it comes to diversity, inclusion, racism, privilege, understanding, and education. I'm here to say I'm not perfect, I'm a work in progress.

It is so important to answer your own why questions, like; Why is my neighborhood all white? Why is my circle of friends all white? Why did Christian (private) schools start? Why did the police start or form? Why are you more upset about riots and looting than murder? Why do you feel there is no such thing as white privilege?

My hope and my prayer is that you can join me in my living room, have a cup of coffee and really hear my heart on this episode. Join the conversation, begin your learning or unlearning journey and be a part of the change that needs to happen.
