If your life does not look like the vision you have seen for yourself, then the solution to that "reality" can be found buried in the recesses of your mind.  Thoughts are things and our words are their children. Our words have power and have the ability to take on their own life; so much so that our words create to great degree the reality that we experience.  Words can also alter thought and after a period of time, with enough bombardment of words, our thoughts will begin to birth a new generation of words and ultimately a new reality... a new life.
