In this episode Scott and Jim dive into how we as leaders can embrace sonship and identity - not as what we do but who we are. So much of the time, we view life and ministry through the lens of sacred and secular, God is removing the labels and limits of what a people could achieve if we merely lean into serving and leading from the Father's heart. They talk about living from intimacy with the trinity and how that our devotional life and our marriages and families are a foundational building block of everything else. A leader that is wise and in step with the Spirit is one that is on the journey to growing deeper in relationship with God and their closest relationships.
