Key scripture: 2 Peter 1:3-4, Hebrews 10:23, 2 Corinthians 1:20, Hebrews 6:12, Romans 4:17. In 2 Peter, Peter moves connect precious Faith to precious Promises. If faith is the currency of heaven then the promises of God are the treasure that faith is designed to possess. The Kingdom functions when precious faith lays hold of precious promises. They were never meant to be separated. Our Great God has given us exceedingly great and precious Promises that we can live by and live on for the rest of our days. In order to live this way, it starts with knowing what those heavenly promises are.
