The Antioch church famously sends out the first missionaries to expand the church around the Roman world in Acts 13, but how have we observed the maturity and preparation of  the Antioch church that may explain why the Spirit has waited until now to send the church out? What are the check points of maturity for a church or individual that often precede the Spirit sending a church or individual on a significant call?
