Many of us can look back and rejoice -- rejoice in what God has done for us and through us as our faith and faithfulness was tested and tried.  But how many of us have looked forward and rejoiced?  At the very least, joy happens in the present and even more as we look at the past.  In this passage, however, Paul predicts his joy.  Is it just wishful thinking, or is he on to something?
