In a very real sense, the whole story of life is acted out in history on Mount Calvary. It was here, on what we refer to as Good Friday, that Jesus was crucified between two thieves. We learn from them that the way in which people respond to the message of the Cross determines their eternity for all of eternity.

God’s Spirit within the child of God is greater than all the entanglements of the world. He will help you resist anything that might keep you from fulfilling His purpose for your life.

So many great events in the story of God’s people took place on a mountaintop. From Elijah calling down God’s fire on Mount Carmel to Noah’s experience on Mount Ararat, God leads His followers to the summit to show them something new and unexpected that could only come from Him. God’s calling you to a unique and intimate experience of His presence. So don’t stay stuck in the valley... you were made to climb!
