It seems there is an internal battle many of us encounter about what we show the world of ourselves – how we present self to others. There can be some inner negative talk that holds us back from showing who we really are. We know that there is a genuine inner-self. Deep down, we know who we truly are. THAT is what we want to show and express to others.

But how do we do that? How do we express to the world the person we truly are?  How do we do it in an authentic way?  How do we connect fully with others?
