In this debut episode of The Preservationists, host Astronemis Ray speaks with students, past and present, from the Clatsop Community College Historic Preservation & Restoration program, about classes, workshops, and careers in historic preservation.

Episode one features a graduate of the Historic Preservation Program, Joshua Gifford & Kristi Jenkins-Smith a current student of the program. The two-part episode continues in February as we re-visit Kristi Jenkins-Smith & get introduced to another current student, Marcus Lucero.
