Hey guys I hope you all your doing splendidly and have had an awesome new year. This is an episode that's long been in the making and I truly feel it might help some people out there because being in your 20s is from my limited experience feels like a tough gig, It's that sort of wires transition from you're not really a kid anymore but you aren't really an adult either at-least not mentally, so all these can be hard to navigate and can be quite the mental rollercoaster of things.

So I hope you guys enjoy this instalment, I want to create more content on this podcast and I will try to as much as I can fit it sound my fixed commitments.
