Maggie Martin heads the sheep ranchers in the area. Pete Trindle heads the cattlemen. The cattlemen are getting more and more frustrated with the sheep spoiling the water for their cattle. Pete comes up with a plan to move the sheep ranchers out of the area. But the Lone Ranger catches wind of the plan and sets out to turn the tables on the cattlemen.
