Current Detroit Tigers Reliever, Jason Foley joins us today. Jason is a fellow Northeastern ballplayer who grew up in New York and played his college ball at Sacred Heart University. Jordy and Jason talk about their unique experiences growing up in the Northeast and what it took to succeed in a region not known for baseball. Jason and Jordy do their best to describe the hardest parts of adjusting to college baseball, as well as tips and advice to overcome these challenges.
Jason also talks about various hot topics in baseball such as technology, mental performance, and simplifying training methods and techniques. He talks about what it takes to become a Major Leaguer and points out how to enjoy the journey along the way. Jason gives insights into what it's like in a Major League clubhouse, and how it all goes down behind the scenes.
