Have you ever looked back and been aware of a defining moment in life where something happens and you find out who you really are.  In this recording I talk about my favorite subjects of self esteem, self worth and self care and how I finally stood up for myself in a relationship and walked away from someone who did not treat me as well as I deserved.  Moments like this change us and as I went through menopause so many years later I survived because of these moments where I was strong and valued who I was.  Walking away from the people who do not value us, especially at this age is the kindest thing you can do for yourself.
