Welcome to another episode of the Show Up with Sarah Podcast!
Today, we'll listen to a coach's honest and vulnerable approach to enlighten and encourage coaches who might have been discouraged by life's blows. Here's a bit about Jordan:
Jordan Pendleton is passionate about helping purpose-driven Financial Advisors create authentic, sustainable, soul-fulfilling success! Through her podcast, online courses, and coaching programs, Jordan guides others to uncover their authentic message and tell their story to attract their people and make the income AND impact they truly desire. Her passion and drive stem from her own pain of working around the clock to build a successful financial planning business in her 20s - only to find herself feeling empty and that her success was only surface level. Jordan knew there was more to life and more to business than she was experiencing. She has spent the last 5+ years discovering the keys to creating a solid foundation for true success, impact, and income - and is determined to help others take ownership of their lives and do the same!

Tweetable Quotes:
“Financial advising is a lifelong career if you’re gonna build and be serious about it.” - Jordan Pendleton
“For me, credit cards became a thing I used to keep up, even with coaching, hiring people even if I can’t afford it. In order to be good enough, I have to do X, Y, and Z and that’s a lot of my internal story. I have to strive to be good and if I’m not, I will be perceived as a failure.” - Jordan Pendleton
“I think I always have to remind myself that I’m comparing my inner world to their outer world. You can’t compare what you’re going through to their instagram profile and whatever they are posting.” - Jordan Pendleton
