We’ve all had moments of inspiration when we feel so close to Allah (swt) and so strong in our faith. Then life comes at us, and as we move further in distance from the moment of inspiration we feel our connection begin to weaken. We tend to the mundane aspects of life and we become neglectful of that which is sublime. This is the problem of spiritual motivation that has impacted every man and woman of faith across all time. Does Islam provide us with a solution?
