On today's episode I sit down with Alma Lake. She is an amazing musician and entrepreneur living in Los Angeles. Coming from Miami and Colombia and being a contestant at The Four show, Alma loves to influence her audience through service and unique music. We go over the topic of comparison and the problems that come as a consequence of comparing ourselves to others. A much better approach is comparing ourselves to who we were yesterday, that way we can analyze if we have made improvement in different areas of our lives and take action to improve constantly.
