Being a Christian doesn't automatically guarantee that you will never suffer again. The good news is that God promises to accompany us throughout our lives, including the rough patches. Then He gives us a way to cooperate with Him to work all things, including the painful things, together for our good. Our job is to love Him and respond to His call. (See Romans 8:28)
This episode is the first in a series as we take on the topic of suffering. No one gets through this life without experiencing some kind of pain--physical, emotional, financial, etc. If we put pain in the proper perspective, we won't let us derail our purpose, but rather, what we learn and how we grow as a result of it can qualify and equip us to fulfill our purpose.
Please subscribe and share this with someone who is suffering now or who lives with the suffering of the past.
