A woman was sexually assaulted on a Philadelphia SEPTA Train in plain view of several passengers for approximately 8 minutes. Train riders failed to intervene but instead elected to allegedly  record the incident on their phone. The nice guys ask; What The Fuck Is Wrong With You People? This is the problem with society.
