Consulting firms usually have a highly efficient and standardized recruitement-process, with which they are able to find the young talents they need and recruite them straight out of university. With new technologies today it's possible to use way more innovative recruiting-ways. But Consulting firms still often rely on theire traditional recruiting ways.
