This week on The Process, we dig deep into authenticity, unpacking the dangers of its absence and the power of its presence. We explore how we were taught (read: trained) to minimize our truths, and how we might begin to unlearn those lessons. We get clear on what authenticity means to us, and how it demands that we investigate our own needs and desires such that we can share them with others.
