Hey y'all, this is episode 2 of The Process.  I find it very insightful to hear about other people's creative processes and what makes them tick; their inspiration, background, and how they got to where they currently are. I think everyone is creative and I believe all it takes is finding a process to channel that energy. This 2nd episode features my good friend Laila Adarkar and in this episode, we talk about her journey in the food industry, her motivations, and some of the current projects she is working on.
