In this episode of AMIAY I talk about the changing of of relationships through death. I spent time talking about how to process, sharing the weight, and taking time to feel it. I remind us all that there is no finish line to grieving and no right time to "move on." I hope this episode gives us all permission to feel how to feel without wondering if we are feeling too much.
