With personal experience and over 30 years of professional experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy in a variety of settings, she helps those with hurting hearts heal from relationship wounds.

Her goal is to empower, educate, enlighten and equip. She desires to assist you and your partner in overcoming your difficulties and evolve both as lovers and friends. Through counseling Donna can facilitate healing, improved communication, increase connection and understanding.

Donna is a California Association of Marriage and Family (CAMFT), a certified supervisor. She also served as an Adjunct Professor at Azusa Pacific University, Bethel Seminary, and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in the Marriage and Family Department in San Diego, California. 

In addition, Donna has been blessed as a popular and inspirational speaker at seminars, workshops, and retreats on the subject of strengthening one’s relationship with God and with one another. Her desire is to live a life “worthy of the calling” received.  On a personal note, Donna praises God for 32 years of marriage where she gets to practice what she teaches. The Scotts are blessed with four children. She serves at New Seasons Church as a new member’s counselor and women’s Bible study leader.

As week celebrate the season of Lent and Holy Week, this is one holiday that we get to keep with us everyday. Daily we can experience the renewal that this Easter brings to our life. We just need to make a decision to receive not only what Christ did on the cross, but recognizing the power of His blood that was shed for our sins past, present, and future. From this we are allowed to walk with, and commune with the father daily, and moment by moment. We get to abide in His Love, and regain our position of authority. He has given us the keys. Let's use them.
